Position #790 - Functional/Technical Project Manager (TPM)    New! 3/10/2010

    * 3+ years solid CRM experience (MS CRM preferred, however other packages may be acceptable).
    * Training or certification with MS CRM.
    * Demonstrated track record as technology and development lead for CRM projects.
    * Manage all aspects of solution implementation from inception to deployment.
    * Possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics product offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
    * Serve as conduit for requirements gathering.
    * Generate project plans and allocates resources.
    * Ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
    * Minimizes exposure, manages scope, and mitigates risk across projects.
    * Hands on architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimized SQL query statementsis a plus

    * Training or certification with MS CRM.
    * Demonstrated track record as technology and development lead for CRM projects.
    * Microsoft certifications in more than one technology desired (i.e. MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, etc) is a plus.
    * Hands-on MS development experience - ASP.NET, C#, XML Web Services.
    * Experience in database platforms, such as Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
    * Hands on architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimized SQL

Position #540 - Microsoft MCP with .NET SAP

    * Strong . NET skills with ASP. NET and Winform Development
    * Thorough understanding of C# platform and . NET
    * Strong SQL skills writing stored procedures (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle)
    * Excellent understanding of how the web works at a protocol and standards level
    * Strong OO capabilities, best practices, process, design patterns
    * XML/Web services. XSLT transformation
    * Experience with the . NET Framework, ASP. NET , VB. NET , and ADO. NET
    * Experience with Microsoft Web Technologies such as IIS 5/6, Windows 2000/2003 Server, and development tools
      (i.e. Visual Studio, etc.)
